Zino is the director and the lead for community sports engagement and programme development for young people. On the completion his Sport and Exercise Science (strength and conditioning) degree from Middlesex University in 2016, he then spent a few years working in a clinical setting with elite athletes before getting involved in charity work.

He is actively working across various communities in London, offering tailor made sport and non-sport based programmes and workshops that create routes into education, training, employment and educate young people on current issues. Extremely passionate about his role he wants to encourage, inspire and support the development of young people by using sport science as platform to build relationships.
